Captured coup leader Army 1st. Lt. Lawrence San Juan is escorted by soldiers in Manila. Army chief Lt. Gen. Hermogenes Esperon says Wednesday 22 Feb 2006 the military has quashed a coup attempt against the Arroyo administration.
