EYE IN THE SKY: A US Navy EP3 reconnaissance plane flies Saturday 18 Feb 2006 over the island of Jolo in the Sulu archipelago, where US and RP troops are currently conducting joint antiterrorism drill. A US military spokesman Lt. Col. Mark Zimmer says the plane is use for civil-military operation and future humanitarian missions in Jolo island. A similar plane was also used in 2002 by the US in the search for a kidnapped American missionary couple and the hunt for the al-Qaeda-linked Abu Sayyaf militants holding them in Southern RP.
