Thanks a lot.It was actually a photo of a cloud formation taken Saturday, 13 May 2006 over Davao City and edited using Adobe Photoshop Elements. A little adjustments on the color and saturation, some sharpening (unsharp mask), additional lighting effect and some (twirl) distortion (render tab) for that twister effect.
