Fr. Joaquin Bernas Is Guest Speaker At Ateneo Cha-Cha Forum In Zamboanga

ZAMBOANGA CITY (Zamboanga Journal / 23 May) The Ateneo de Zamboanga University is hosting a forum on Charter Change next Tuesday, May 30, with Fr. Joaquin Bernas, SJ, as guest speaker.
The forum would start at 5.30 p.m. at the Carlos Dominguez Conference Hall, LRC Building. Bernas was a member of the 1986 Constitutional Commission and a noted constitutional lawyer. He is presently the Dean Emeritus of the Ateneo De Manila University Law School.
He was also a former Dean of the Ateneo De Manila University Law School and participated in the 33rd and 34th sessions of the Society of Jesus General Congress.
A former president of the Ateneo De Manila University and author and newspaper columnist, Bernas is a well respected academician in the Philippines.
The forum on "cha-cha" is open to the public. Civic groups, academe, regional government directors, city officials and employees and the religious and business groups are invited to attend the forum.
