A government vehicle with license plate SFK-483 is parked Saturday Sept. 15, 2007 outside the Greenwich Pizza and Jollibee-Camins in Zamboanga City in southern Philippines. Civil servants are prohibited from using government vehicles other than for official use only during working days.
And in Zamboanga City, government vehicles are often spotted in private schools bringing children and sometimes used as if they are privately owned, despite a strict government policy prohibiting the use of such vehicles for personal purposes. Just parked the car over there because there was no parking available or We have a visitor or we were having a meeting at the fast-food...and so on. (Mindanao Examiner Photo Service)
