Photo: Sarangani Artifacts In Southern Philippines






Dr Eusebio Dizon, head of a National Museum archaeological team, confirms Thursday, September 11, 2008 the authenticity of artifacts found in Sarangani province in the southern Philippines as genuine and called the findings "good pieces." The broken jars, similar to what were earlier found inside Pinol Cave in Maitum town in 1991 dating back 2,000 years ago, were intercepted by policemen from a smugglers in the village of Mabay.
