President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo exchanges pleasantries with the Emir of Quatar, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thaini during an informal conversation Sunday, December 14, 2008 before the start of the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Double Taxation and Commercial Protocol which was followed by a luncheon meeting hosted by the Emir at the Palace in Doha, Qatar.

And President Arroyo applauds after witnessing the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Hotel and San Miguel Corp in Qatar in a ceremony at the Al-Rayyan Hall Convention Center of the Sheraton Doha Hotel and Resort also in Doha.
