Anti-Arroyo protesters hold a rally Thursday, June 11, 2009 in Kidapawan City in Mindanao to denounce the proposed Charter change being pushed by members of the House of Representatives who are allied of the President. Arroyo is to step down next year, but her allies in Congress pass HR 1109 and are pushing to amend the Constitution unilaterally which the oppositions say is meant to prolong the stay in power of the President.
