Shiela Mae Bel, a 20-year old BS Agriculture student at the Davao Oriental State College of Science and Technology, is new Miss Mati 2009. The other winners in the recently concluded beauty pageant held Tuesday, June 23, 2009 in the town of Mati in Davao Oriental province are (left-right) 2nd Runner Up Miss Crisha Joy Enad; 1st Runner Miss Rachel Lingaw-lingaw; 3rd Runner Up Miss Jane Labrador and 4th Runner Up Miss Shiela Maeson.
