House Speaker Gets Plaque Of Appreciation From Mindanao Regional Advisory Committee

MINDANAO UNITY FOR DEVELOPMENT: Speaker Prospero Nograles receives a plaque of appreciation given him by the Mindanao Regional Advisory Committee during a meeting of the different regional development councils. The Speaker was cited for his unrelenting support to the development initiatives to make Mindanao a center of development and not just a land of promise.
