Speaker Prospero Nograles administers the oath of office to Representative Acmad Tomawis of the party-list ALIF as family members look on Monday, August 17, 2009 at the plenary hall of the House of Representatives. Tomawis is the 268th member of the House of Representatives. Other solons who witnessed the oath-taking were Representatives Abraham Kahlil Mitra, of Palawan and Abdullah Dimaporo, of Lanao del Norte.
