Zamboanga City Mayor Celso Lobregat presides over a meeting of the Task Force Agua with officials of the Zamboanga City Water District in City Hall in a bid to fast-track the expansion and development of the local water system projects. At another event, Lobregat spoke at the Archdiocesan Summer Youth Camp at San Roque Elementary School in Zamboanga City. He also spoke during a welcome dinner at the Philippine Red Cross Regional Seminar for Board of Directors in Zamboanga; and attended another event where the official also spoke at the opening of Bayanihan Art for Peace at The Gallery of the Peninsula and the Archipelago of Ateneo de Zamboanga University.
