REACT Philippines, a nationwide organization providing emergency assistance and communications support in times of disasters and calamities, have asked its members nationwide to solicit relief items and help in the relief and rescue efforts in the aftermath of typhoons Lando (Hagibis) and Mina (Mitag) which devastated many parts of the country.
“We are calling all our members nationwide to once again show their commitment to serve our countrymen by contributing to the efforts of restoring normalcy in the lives of those who were displaced and affected by these recent natural calamities that hit our country,” REACT Philippines National President Michael Malacca.
REACT Philippines will be receiving donations of relief goods from its members and the general public especially those that are identified as most needed by the typhoon victims such as drinking water, blankets, food Items, cooking utensils and hygiene kits.
Donations may be brought to the REACT National Office at CRS Compound, A. Luna Avenue, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City (Telefax 995-8729/Mobile 0918-208-0091).
