Acting North Cotabato provincial jail warden, Inspector Benhur Catcatan, of the Philippine National Police, far right, and receives Sunday, December 13, 2009 assorted Christmas gifts from the members of the Philippine National Police 1202nd Provincial Mobile Group in a simple ceremony held in Amas in Kidapawan City as part of their “Maagang Pamaskong Handog Para sa mga Preso.” Police Chief Inspector Gilberto Tuzon heads the 1202nd Provincial Mobile Group which is actively involved in various humanitarian projects in North Cotabato province in the southern Philippines.
