Foreign journalists take a video of one of the mansions of the powerful Ampatuan clan in Davao City in the southern Philippines. The clan's patriarch Andal Ampatuan, former governor of Maguindanao, and his sons - Zaldy Ampatuan, governor of the Muslim autonomous region; and Andal Ampatuan Jr., mayor of Datu Unsay town - are accused of brutally murdering 57 people, including at least 32 journalists in November 2009, in the country's worst political killings. They were arrested and jailed along with dozens of followers, but many who took part in the killings are still at large. Relatives of slain journalists have filed plunder charges on January 14 against two dozen clan members who are accused of illegally amassing billions of pesos in government funds during their 10-year reign.
