A former comptroller of the Philippine military, Major General Carlos Garcia, who was accused of corruption, is found guilty last year by a general court martial.
The military forfeited Garcia's pay and allowances, including his pension and dishonorably discharged from the service and also sentenced to two years of hard labor. (Zamboanga Journal)
