The Police Regional Office-Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (PRO-ARMM) launches " Talakayan sa PNP-ARMM" in Camp Salipada K. Pendatun, Parang, Shariff Kabunsuan in Maguindanao province. PNP-ARMM Director Police Chief Supt. Joel Goltiao (center) says the Talakayan (dialogue) program is a part of the PNP's "Oplan Santinig (One Voice)". Talakayan aims to inform the public about the police organization and its programs. Members of the PNP-SWAT headed by Director Police Chief Supt. German B.
