An unidentified man reads the regional newspaper, the Mindanao Examiner, in Jolo island in southern Philippines. Besides its Internet Broadcast News, the paper plans to embark on a cable television news in Zamboanga City. The Mindanao Examiner is also into photography and video productions and offers private and corporate media consultancy. It has recently turn down offers by private individuals to buy all the paper's rights, but its publisher had previously considered selling it for an unspecified amount.
