sana marami pang gen alivio ang umusbong sa sa ating military establishment.
I have heard a lot of good things about the new General. He is an advocate of peaceful means (negotiations and winning the hearts) rather than guns & bullets of resolving the Mindanao conflict.I am sure the other stars(3 star) is just waiting to land into your shoulders Ram, Keep up the good work. We need officers like you to bring back pride to the AFP.
I have some friends in Southern Mindanao area, they said he is known to be honest , a good peace negotiator and well loved Military officer from all walks of life. He is totally different from the rest. They never thought that this kind of qualities of this certain Military Officer do exist. We need more of this kind of Military Officer specially in Mindanao. Keep up the good work. We are proud of you.
I know Brig. Gen. Ram and his wife personally. My congratulations to you and your family on a sterling and laudable career in our Armed Forces. The name aptly fits.

my late congratulations to your promotion sir. i felt pride of the good comments i have read about you sir
Gen. Alivio is a brilliant military officer and an unparalleled gentleman in all his ways. He is a faithful Christian and a trustworthy friend. His place in Philippine military history should be at the helm of AFP leadership and nowhere else. A true Marine, he is the one who can make possible the needed reforms in the AFP.
