New Kidapawan City Officials Take Oath

Kidapawan City Mayor-elect Rodolfo Gantungco and Vice Mayor Joseph Evangelista and members of the City Council take their oath from Judge Rogelio Narisma at the Kidapawan City Hall of Justice.
