The Zamboanga City Water District is happy to inform its customers that effective October 4, the Philippine Postal Savings Bank located at NS Valderoza Street now accepts payments of water bills.
1. Payments will be accepted by the bank as shown on the billing notice presented by the customers.
2. Partial Payments will be accepted by the bank provided, that the customer presents a form approved by Zamboanga City Water District indicating the amount for partial payment and the validity date of the arrangement.
3. No Payment will be accepted by the bank during “Off Line” period caused by failure of the Bank’s computer system.
4. The bank will issue Zamboanga City Water District Official Receipts indicating payment made by the customers.
5. Payments will be accepted only from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
