Filipino journs finish seminar on transparency, anti-corruption

KIDAPAWAN CITY, Philippines (Mindanao Examiner / June 7, 2011) - The Philippine Public Transparency Reporting Project and the National Union of the Philippines held a one-day seminar and training for journalists in the southern Filipino city of Kidapawan.

The training on “Advanced Training on Transparency and Anti-Corruption Reporting” was part of a continuing program of the two groups aimed at helping journalists to effectively write about various issues on corruption and transparency in government.
