MAKATI CITY (Mindanao Examiner / 03 Apr) – A fire destroyed Tuesday the Philippine Army’s museum in Taguig City, but there have been no reports of injuries, officials said.
Army spokesman Lt. Col. Ernesto Torres, Jr. said the fire started at around 7.50 a.m. at the audio-visual room and arson investigators suspect faulty electrical wiring connection had caused the blaze on the second floor of the museum’s building.
He said there is an ongoing investigation. “It is mostly likely that faulty electrical wiring caused the fire," he said. (Juley Reyes)
