A visibly dilapidated and cannibalized North Korean registered cargo ship with a huge hole in its left bow lay stuck along the corals of Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte province in northern Philippines as it spills diesel and bunker fuel miles long both along the coastline and in the middle of South China Sea. The spilled fuel has been emitting foul smelling fumes lately. (Pinoy Gonzales - PNS)
