Is this a return to juramentado or amok? If this was a Moro attack was it against Christian Filipinos or a strategy to embarass the government and the military? The mode of attack is like other Moro radicals attacks. For more than 500 years the Moros have used violence to try to establish and defend religious and political autonomy in Bangsamoro - and attacks like this while deplorable are not unexpected.
